Philadelphia Couturiere and educator Gail Gaines exhibits her fashions during the Second Friday Gallery Walk, September 8, 2017. Gaines designs will be on live model, decked in jewelry from Niederkorn Silver, and with hair styles by Salon Pourquoi. The models will use the side walks between 220 South 22nd and 246 South 22nd as their runway. Everyone interested in local artists, antiques, fine beauty salons, and supporting local Philadelphia talent are welcome.
